customers, including the latest and most appealing consumer electronics products. We are also
dedicated to protecting your privacy. This document sets forth our policy on the collection,
use and disclosure of your personal information and personally identifiable information (your
“personal data”). By continuing to view our website or by agreeing to licenses which incorporate

PERSONAL INFORMATION AND YOUR CONSENT
In the course of visiting avocatec.com or using Avoca products, you may provide personal data
to Avoca. Personal data consists of information about an identifiable individual but does not
include the name, title, business address or telephone number of an employee of an organization.

you submit your personal data to us, we process that information in accordance with this policy.
Alternatively, you may, in your dealings with Avoca, become a licensee of an Avoca product.

with that license in accordance with the present policy.
Generally, if you only view webpages and do not provide to us personally identifiable
information, then we will use data that is collected in a manner that does not identify you as

as a natural person. We also analyze aggregate uses and patterns of use and we use third party

SOME SPECIFIC TYPES OF INFORMATION THAT WE COLLECT & USE
Information Gathered by Log Files: By visiting our website, you automatically communicate
certain information to us that becomes stored in our log files. This information includes your IP
address, browser type, internet service provider, referring/exit pages, operating system, date/
time stamp and clickstream data. We use this information to analyse and administer our website.

Sweepstakes Entries and Other Contests: Avoca also collects personal data in connection with
sweepstakes entries and contests we run from time to time. If you provide it, your personal data
will be used for purposes disclosed to you at the time you submit it and we will assume that you
consent to the use of the data for those purposes. It is your choice whether to enter into any

Information Transmitted from Avoca-Licensed Applications: If you agree to a license for
use of an Avoca product, such as a USB drive application, and you consent to the collection of
your personal data, we will collect, use, transmit and disclose your personal data and other
information collected from your device in accordance with your license agreement and for the
purposes described therein. Collected information is used for the lawful purposes as provided
under your license agreement or for any other lawful purpose.
SECURITY OF INFORMATION AND DATA INTEGRITY
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against
accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised use, disclosure or access, in
particular where the processing involves the transmission of data over a network, and against all
other unlawful forms of processing and misuse.

gathered from Avoca-licensed applications software as required by law and when we believe that

this may exclude you from using certain Avoca offers, services or products. Please note that it is
